This Privacy Policy explains what information Palmframe collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Palmframe is a newsletter platform, and we take the trust you place in us with your account and your audience seriously.
When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information from your Google account. When you run a newsletter, we store the content you create and the subscriber data you add or import, such as email addresses and subscription status.
We use your information to operate Palmframe: to authenticate you, to deliver the newsletters you send, to manage your subscribers, and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information or your subscriber lists, and we do not use your audience to advertise to you or anyone else.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Palmframe, including our hosting and database provider and our email delivery provider. These providers process data only to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Your subscriber list belongs to you. You can export your full audience to CSV at any time from your dashboard, and you can delete your account and associated data by contacting us. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. API keys are stored only as hashes and shown to you once. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, reach out at hello@palmframe.com or join our Discord community.
