These Terms of Service govern your use of Palmframe. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Palmframe is in early access, and the service continues to evolve.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Palmframe, and you agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.
You agree not to use Palmframe to send spam, to email people who have not consented to hear from you, or to distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to your newsletter and your subscribers. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or other users at risk.
You keep all rights to the content you create and the subscriber list you build. You grant Palmframe the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver that content on your behalf. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Palmframe is provided on an as-is basis while in early access. Features may change, and we do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Palmframe is free to use during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you clear notice before any charge applies, and you will be able to choose whether to continue on a paid plan.
You can stop using Palmframe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you remain able to export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
