Alexis Bouchez
Software engineer from northern France. Building Palmframe to help SaaS teams listen to their users.
The story
I’m Alexis, a software engineer based in northern France. I’ve been shipping software for years: web apps, CLIs, open-source tools, mostly in Go, Rust, and TypeScript.
Palmframe started from a simple frustration: every feedback tool I tried was either overloaded with features I didn’t need, or required too much setup. I wanted something I could drop into any site with two lines of code and start hearing from real users the same day.
So I built it. Palmframe is a one-person product, designed to stay simple and useful. No VC funding, no growth hacks. Just a tool that does one thing well: collect feedback from your website.
