▶Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes one project with unlimited feedback, dashboard analytics, and the embeddable widget. No credit card required.

▶What happens if I exceed the free plan limits?

The free plan is limited to one project. If you need more projects, upgrade to Pro. There are no feedback volume limits on either plan.

▶Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

▶Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. Currently, Pro is billed monthly at $20/month.

▶Is there a limit on the number of feedbacks?

No. Both the free and Pro plans include unlimited feedback. There are no per-response or per-user charges.

▶What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

▶Can I use Palmframe on multiple websites?

On the free plan, you get one project (one website). On Pro, you can create unlimited projects for as many websites as you need.

▶Do you offer discounts for startups or open-source projects?

Not currently, but the free plan is generous enough for most early-stage projects. Reach out if you have a special case.
